Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or arrives in a damaged condition from the seller/supplier, you may be eligible for a refund.
Customers must contact us and provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged product and packaging. After verification and approval, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
No Returns for Normal Orders
KAIFSCART does not accept returns or exchanges for normal orders, including change of mind, personal preference, or products that are no longer required by the customer.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable to products that are confirmed to be damaged upon delivery or received in a defective condition.
